Approve Minutes of the 12/1/09 Regular Town Board Meeting

Old Business:

New Business:

1) Resolution to create the position of Town Engineer for the Town of Van Buren per Onondaga County Civil Service job description #10290 and have the Town Clerk file new position duties statement with Civil Service.  Position will carry a 52 week probation period.

2) Approve change order to contract 2009 –VB1, Van Buren Park Electrical Repair in the amount of $11, 725.00 to run new conduit and conductors from manhole 1 to park office transformer

3) Motion to hold Organizational Meeting at 2:00 pm on January 1, 2010 with Regular Town Board meeting to immediately follow.  Swearing in of elected officials will occur at 1:00 pm on 1/1/10.

4) Award of surplus state bid

5) Budget transfers per Comptroller’s memo

6) Consider resolution supporting the creation and participation in the CNY Intermunicipal Stormwater Coalition

7) Reimburse Town Clerk in the amount of $40.00 for bounced check
