3) Discussion/Action on Seneca Sewer Extension No. 3 for Cannata Meadows, accept map, plan and report and set public hearing for October 19, 2010 at 7:35 pm for comments on district formation

4) Set public hearing for October 19, 2010 at 7:32 pm to hear comments on Local Law No. 5 of 2010, amending and supplementing various provisions of the Chapter 50 of Town Code to make town’s procurement policies consistent with State law
