Mr. Sykes said the Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call vote have been done before the Organizational meeting.

 

Mr. Sykes said it is nice to have our County Legislator here tonight, one of his promises was to come to the local meetings and he is glad to see that he is here.

Approve minutes of the 12/20/11 Regular Town Board meeting:

Ms. Sabin had one correction, page two, under Sun Meadows Section Four, the word “to day” should be “today”.

Councilor Committee Reports and Comments:

Mr. Saraceni thanked all the voters and said he will do his best to make sure this government is run effectively and efficiently.  He said he is looking forward to working with Mr. Sykes and the Board.

 

Mr. Tupper said he will discuss the grant the town received for the parking lot repairs at Canton Woods at their next Board of Directors meeting and will be asking them for their help with matching funds for the repairs.

 

Highway Superintendent Comments:

Mr. Foster said things are going well.

 

Supervisor Comments: None

 

Citizen Comments: None

 

Engineer Comments:

Mr. Hoy said since there have been some five year plans that are now complete we should have a Highway Committee meeting to discuss new projects.
